Not enough food options on the property. Somewhat odd that many guests were walking around in their robes, and even sitting at the bar wearing them. The gondola is very convenient but it would be nice if it opened earlier and stayed running later.

Very nice place to stay. It is growing and with all the choices of activities to do, it is a great thing.

Although it was part of a timeshare establishment and there was a sales drive going on for the future final development on Peak 8, there was absolutely no pressure from the sales teams to push us into an apartment purchase. I would recommend this establishment without any reservation whatsoever.

Grounds were beautiful and the resort staff were helpful. Lots to do on property for an active family and convenient shuttle to town.

The staff is so nice and helpful! The room was awesome and the resort has so many amenities. My girls and my husband and I had a wonderful time! The free shuttle and the gondola are a big plus! We can’t wait to go back!

Everything especially the 10am check-out time which is just absurd. The earliest check out time standard is 11am or 12pm. No room service, no water available upon arrival, no snack machines or restaurants after hours…

I have traveled across the country and have stayed at A LOT of hotels and I can confidently say that this hotel is easily on my top 3 hotels I have ever stayed at. The amenities, the location and the cleanliness is top tier. I will absolutely stay here again!
