New, very clean and extremely dog friendly! Close walk to Main Street.
-
This was such a great experience. The food was excellent and so was the Canary. Will be making this a stop.
-
Beautiful hotel with a very nice staff
-
Location cleanliness
-
What you see claimed to be the daily rate is significantly below the actual rate. Plus, you have to pay for valet parking, which is $55 per day.
-
The property located conveniently to chairlifts with walking access.

When we first checked in our room was overlooking the AC unit with someone on the roof. I called down to see if there was a possibility of a room change since we were there for 5 nights. Claire promptly got us into a different room which we very much appreciated. Rick the bartender at The Carter was awesome! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The free shuttle was also an added bonus.

Another person at the front desk answered my call and was very nice! Javier helped us locate my husband’s belt and will be sending it to us. Thank you all very much!!!!

They charged me $--- for three nights of valet that I didn't want. I was forced to choose this option for my car. When I called and asked for a supervisor, Alex was rude and hung up on me twice.

So good for everything. The room was especially spacious and comfortable; I absolutely loved the bed and pillows.

Beautiful location and property. My brother was getting married and most out of town guests stayed here. We had the welcome dinner at the hotel. Everything was 5 star!

The Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. The shuttle bus and valet services were excellent. We attended a wedding dinner at the Edwin. The restaurant was outstanding and the staff was wonderful.

Gorgeous view
-
The mattresses were terrible. They had holes in them; we couldn't sleep or rest.

The rooms on the 4th floor (side that have balconies) there is a building attached with a roof & hvac units blocking the view. We had one of these rooms and it was disappointing. To make matters worse, there were people working on the roof in the morning so we had no privacy to enjoy morning coffee. We asked to move rooms when we saw the room but they said they could not due to maintenance being done on other floors. The hotel room inside was nice and bed was comfortable. Just disappointed to pay for a room that would have a balcony that can’t be enjoyed.

Exellent property, walking distance to everything ski in and ski out. Perfect location

I was asked for incidental fee for the hotel to hold, refundable after leaving the hotel. The problem is that the fee I was asked to pay was over 60% of the accomodation fees. This high extra fee was a suprise, and the receptionist was difficult to convice to accept a more reasonable fee - untill his colleague later stepped in.
