Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and available during the times as indicated, bar staff was very friendly and professional.

This hotel is well kept, bed was comfortable and clean as was the room. Plenty of parking and safe location. Many restaurants in the area and gas stations to walk to. The staff was amazing, very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel, very safe.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean. We walked into our room and the aroma was nice. Carpet looked freshly cleaned. The breakfast was definitely some of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

Keycard readers are in need of replacement. In the 2 days we stayed there we had to replace our keycards 3 times to get into the room. Overall a decent hotel but is in need of some updates. We heard many other people complaining about their cards not working also so it wasn’t just a problem with one room.

Front staff was very rude and arrogant. Hotel room was dated. Would not stay again in this hotel

Check-in was easy, and the room was a great value.

We didn’t have a lock to the bathroom and the sofa bed turned out to be a twin bed not a queen size. Also the AC was working at a time and sometimes wouldn’t work. The staff in the night shift were nice, the lady was very friendly and kind. However, the staff who were checking us out seemed argumentative and impatient.

This is an excellent property, and I will stay here again the next time I’m in the Chicago area. The room was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pool was well-maintained and a comfortable temperature for swimming. Excellent value.
