Fantastic property owners and staff are amazing ..our go to Hotel when in the area

Upon arrival the hotel shows signs of aging to the exterior. When you walk in there is a pungent smell in the welcome area. Although it looks slightly clean, we couldn’t get past the smell. Once we got to our room we found there was also a smell in there, not the same as the entrance area but still very strong and unpleasant. It seems like maybe water damage or possibly the fact that dogs are allowed, I’m not sure but it was very off putting. I asked to be moved and was told it was not possible due to being completely booked. A refund was offered but I was staying with other family member’s who were also staying. They too found issues with their room, as in a yellow stain on the bedsheets and contemplated asking for a refund as well. We did end up turning the AC way down and spraying some air fresher in our room and they were provided new sheets, so we made due but will not be back.

I've stayed here several times now, and the same woman is always at the desk when I check in. She remembers me each time I arrive, and is incredibly friendly and sweet.

Breakfast was ok, just not a good fit for my tastes. Overall, this location was not my first choice and was booked in error. It was fine, since I was not planning to sit in the hotel all day.

The mattress was ok Shower drain is built wrong. Water floods the whole bathroom and onto the hallway every time it is used. Tile is old and nasty looking. Coffee maker doesn't work for tea. No lights in room entrance. Uncomfortable pillows.

Everything was great the staff was very accommodating. Only complaint would be that the breakfast could have been better. Clean place and the beds were very comfortable.

Staff was very kind, welcoming and helpfull. The hotel is new, clean and air condition was working perfect. Lots of parking spots and reasonable prices. Highly recommended 👍

The staff was efficient. It was poor quality. The walls were damaged, the window had a wooden dowel holding it shut, you could hear everything in the hallway and other rooms.

My stay was pretty awful. Both my son and I left with bed bugs. The hotel staff dismissed my claim until I physically collected bed bugs and showed them to them. The manager then changed my room. I couldn't leave due to the tournament "stay and play" and nothing being available during Memorial Day weekend. He refused to refund my stay even though my inconveniences went far beyond the Friday night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they're in a major pinch. And then I'd still suggest somewhere else.

I would rate this hotel a 3/5. It was clean but could have been cleaner. Breakfast was ok, but limited. The shower was dirty, I had to rinse it out before I got in it and the showerhead leaked all over the toilet and toilet paper. AC and fan did not work as expected. It was set to 67 and constant fan and it was not 67 in the room and the fan would kick on and off, not constantly stay on.

The place was very clean & customer service was excellent. The beds & room were comfortable, and near, easy access to stores, Enjoyed our stay.

Had a great day stay. Staff was good. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.
