Room was clean. Staff was nice.
-
Great parking. Cleanliness could’ve been slightly better along with the TV not working much at all but overall it’s a 9/10
-
Booked last minute late at night because we were too tired to continue driving. Room wasn’t super clean. Linens had stains, there were marks all over the walls, room needed a dehumidifier. Overall it served the purpose, we were only in the room for about 5 hours total.

Clean room, Nice breakfast, friendly staff
-
The location is great. The price is decent. The rooms were big. I feel like the bathroom could have taken more care for example there was one hair in my tub. The conditioner was half full and the breakfast was non-existent.

The staff at late night check in and the morning breakfast staff were both super friendly & helpful! Morning breakfast lady was so kind to my family. Great food selection!

Nothing Room smell bed had hair in it

Our air didnt work and there were no more rooms to fit the 5 of us so they did switch us to two rooms that connected. Breakfast was gone by 8 30 even though it said breakfast was served until 9. The rooms do have a funny smell and not the cleanest. Staff was nice though and for the price its not a horrible deal.

Enjoyed my stay. Visiting my sister and other family members, and if I return to Birmingham before the end of the year, I will be staying here again.

Location The water wasn't cold at all for the shower and the air didn't work even when the temperature was set to 60.

Price is good for a reasonable drive to UAB Medical facilities downtown. We have stayed there 3 different times for medical procedures nearby. Some rooms seem to be furnished with less worn/newer items. This last stay, at my request, we had adjoining rooms with an inner connecting door. Apparently, no one thinks to open that door and clean the passageway occasionally. We paid for 2 rooms for family. The room that my wife and I stayed in needed the curtains replaced, and the armchair in the corner had seemed better days. We like this place conveniently located nice area good price and friendly accommodating staff. Probably like a lot of hotels that we have stayed in with some rooms being a little bit nicer than others within the facility. All in all if we need to return to the area for doctor/medical needs they will be my first look all things considered.

The location was great, check in was easy, and the rooms were fine
-
Quietness I always check the sheets and pillows. I pulled up the mattress cover and it was old food (rice) in the bed.

Everything was fine. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

Drove all night and they denied our reservation then tried to sell us a room we couldn't sleep in till after 2pm after we called ahead to make sure we had a place to stay. We've been driving 10hours no sleep and they're gonna say we have to pay for the reservation we couldn't use and then add a whole extra day plus a $40 fee

Nice quiet location When I booked there was a picture of an outdoor pool. When we arrived there was no pool. Breakfast was included but there was nothing to eat just good coffee. Me and my family plus a lot of workers staying there were very irate

Joshua checked me in, and he was super nice. They went above and beyond to help. The biggest part was that the hotel was pet friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend
