I did not stay. This place was disgusting. I walked in the hallway and that's as far as i got. I did not feel safe. This place reminded me of a housing project that should've been torn down years ago.

Great location, reasonable priced, has a kitchen TV could be upgraded
-
Convenient I liked it

The property was terribly dated. The mattress cover had some sort of blood stain on the corner. The floors were filthy. I had to clean the bathroom floor due to the stickiness. The washcloth was black from cleaning it. There was no elevator and I was on the third floor. I could not get out of there fast enough.
-
Unfortunately the bed linens were not clean or fresh, and the floor hadn’t been mopped in quite some time. I was provided clean linens Upon request, and chose not to walk in bare feet in the room.

Passable

No amenities in the room and need to be upgraded old-fashioned
-
Location No garbage cans in the room. The towels were nasty. It smells too.
-
Overall the room was clean but there was no dishes or kitchen ware. The advertisement mentioned the kitchen being equipped and it was not. When I asked the staff he said we don’t offer that anymore. For an extended stay that’s part of the reasons people choose to stay there making it easy and more comfortable to stay.

Customer service is not the best.

It was a great stay! Lovely staff and well kept property!

Very nice will be our go to every visit to Birmingham we have decided!

Very disappointed. Everything in the suite was old and in horrible shape. There was nothing at all in the kitchen, no utensils, no plates or glasses, no paper towels/towels. The bath towels looked like they were from 25 years ago, thin ans worn out, no hand towels. Didnt even have kleenex! The TV kept going out, thankfully i had wifi so i could at least use my tablet.

It has a stove but not to great. Some eyes dont work. The sink in bathroom drain poorly. To me the room is comfortable..

I'm assuming that this was a franchise owned Extended Stay. I've stayed with this brand before, but in all honesty this location was not up to par. It's as if the owner didn't care about the facility. The first room I was put in had a cracked window that had been covered with clear tape. I don't know the quality of the tape, I didn't ask, I just wanted a different room. I was given another room, but it's window was off track with no lock on it and the door to the room was also missing the extra door latch today you find in hotels or other Extended Stays. Even through all this and what I paid, I shouldn't have expected this Extended Stay to be like the others. That's on me, but I hope that the owners take a little bit more pride in their business of providing hospitality to patrons coming through or that may be living there due to whatever circumstance.
