We stayed for a baseball tournament the hotel was clean and neat staff was extremely helpful.

Room was ok. There was a strong smell of some type of cleaning supply. Room did not have a smart TV. First hotel I’ve been to in a long time where the TV didn’t have access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Property was ok. The room was ok. Pool was not open either. Only benefit hotel had was proximity to restaurants and shopping. Would not stay again.

The staff was very helpful. The room was not cleaned daily. no garbage can in the bathroom, and I had to get towels after the first night. The room was comfortable, quiet and we were able to rest well.

Overall experience was good, I would return. However, one of the refrigerators were not working and some of the items were spoiled.

Bed had not been changed. We couldn’t sleep in the bed the first night. We asked for clean pillows and was told housekeeping was not there linen was changed the next day but bed still had a horrible smell. I think it might have been the mattress. Although linen was changed the smell remained. Room was for handicapped and the shower head must have been broken because it wouldn’t stay upon order for the water to hit your body. Bathroom door wouldn’t close fully. It looks like if you book through hotels.com they give you the worse rooms. The chair in the room was tattered and filthy. The entire room was unacceptable and when I asked for a different room. I was told they didn’t have another king available. I would not recommend it to anyone Sorry this review was for symna Tennessee. Birmingham was fine

We stayed here for two nights. Inside the lobby was hot and there was a bad odor in the halls. The carpet in the room was stained and nasty. The TV was in a precarious position, and you had to turn to the right and maneuver the TV so that you might view it and this was uncomfortable. The recliner had a hole in the armrest and was not clean. The kitchenette was not clean, coffee maker was nasty and the floor was sticky. I wanted to use the refrigerator only to find that it would not keep anything cool. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not functional. The bathroom and shower are separate from the vanity/sink, and you must brush your teeth outside of the bathroom as well as wash your hands outside of the bathroom. The ice maker on the 1st floor was awful, and water was everywhere along with filth. Although they don’t change the bed daily, there was a problem getting clean towels and wash clothes. What is the consumer paying for? Don’t think I will stay here again.

The property looked very nice. However, the elevators were not working properly. The elevator would go up when down was selected, and then go down. There was no plate in the microwave for warming food. The iron did not heat properly. Otherwise the hotel was nice and I would stay there again.

Spacious room

The king size suite was amazing. The air conditioner was Artic cold and I loved it! The bed was very comfortable! I’ll definitely book this hotel again!

Very clean room and comfortable beds. Staff were very courteous, helpful, and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was old. But renovated nicely. It had everything we needed! Even pots and pans.
