A beautiful, clean hotel in a lovely quiet area. The hotel is set in gorgeous, well kept gardens. Filippo the owner couldn’t do enough for us. The evening meal was lovely, with nice wines to enjoy with it. Everything was very well priced and the option to add air conditioning was great. The only down side was lack of cold soft drink options throughout the day and the morning coffee. Although, in saying that, Filippo did make us the most amazing homemade iced tea and lemonade. It would have been good to have a menu to let you know what was on offer with prices. The coffee machine at breakfast didn’t serve very good coffee. A real shame as both could be easily rectified.

We stayed in this very nice hotel and had a truly fabulous stay. The family atmosphere, the owners were very kind and all the staff as well. They made us feel truly at home and every request was satisfied. The location is not really central but it is what we wanted because getting to the center was very simple and fast but at the same time we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this place. The pool was very nice and well-kept as well as the wonderful garden that surrounds the structure. The rooms were basic but well-kept and above all very clean. Very satisfying breakfast and we liked the dinner particularly. We love vegetables very much so enjoyed the vegetable and salad buffet. We were really thrilled and will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

The size of the room was very good. The hotel is far from the center/port, and badly connected (2 buses per hour, and only one bus per hour after 9 pm). As I stayed in mid-October, it was already cool in the room, but no heating was available. No hairdryer in the bathroom. I could not open the door outside to a balcony as the door handle was broken. The curtains not possible to open..breakfast very bad, very limited choice.

Very kind host, nice hotel and great breakfast. ⚠️ Almost paid double (might be a scam) ⚠️ When leaving hotel (check out) host asked us to pay I was not sure, so I asked "We haven't paid?" He said "No" So I paid him (in cash) He didn't give me receipt and started goodbye ⚠️ I interrupted goodbye and asked for receipt He said he can make copy for me Then he suggested to send it by mail ⚠️ I said I will just take picture of it I took picture Later at bus stop I checked and realized I paid him twice (1.Online when booking, 2.When leaving hotel) I returned back to hotel to get my money back I showed him app, saying I paid before He showed me document (mail from bookingcom) pointing to prize to be paid Then he noticed comment in his document saying "Customer Request: You have received a virtual credit card for this booking. You can make the charge starting from 2021-05-23." He looked surprised and said that he hasn't noticed that ⚠️ He said I should call bookingcom because he doesn't know what that means ⚠️ My friend (who never used bookingcom) said maybe I should pay now by card Host immediately placed terminal in front of us ⚠️ I explained to my friend that this is not how it works and that bookingcom manages payments using virtual cards I continued to search for phone number Host said it's no problem and that he will wait until tomorrow to see weather payment will proceed He returned money (I paid in cash) to me We left I choose few thing that made me think we is scammer: - He said he hadn’t noticed comment in document about virtual card and that he doesn’t understand what it is, but he has been using bookingcom since August 2018 (almost 3 years) - He didn’t give me receipt automatically (this is MUST) - When asked for receipt he suggested to send it via mail - He wanted me to call bookingcom support, and when he saw me searching for number he stopped me saying it’s not necessary Host
