Clean. The walk from to ferry dock to the hotel with the incline was tough.

We are so happy that we chose Villa Fortuna for our stay! It was very lovely. We even got an upgrate for a room, welcomed with a cup of nice cappuccino and everything we needed for the baby. The location is great, everything you need close by and only couple minutes with a bus to the city center. The staff we super lovely and even helped us at breakfast with taking care of your baby! Nothing! Everything was super great!

Just the airconditioner even it made sound when working The room was in the basement without reasonable window, different from the photos. The toilet flush was noisy, the bidet didn’t work correctly (sewage issue), very tiny and not pleasant shower. A portable safty box completed our satisfaction!

No way to contact the hotel. No one answers both the listed phones. If you forgot something back you might as well write it off. Not only do they not pick up the phones, the staff do not follow up to see if there is anything they can help with even after you figure out how to get them a message through.

The Guesthouse was exactly what I have seen on the pictures. Nice house, well organised, very cleaned. Good breakfast. I really didn't like how far was the location, too far from the beach but this was just my humble opinion.

Lovely room and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mir was extremely helpful helping us communicate with the health authorities.

The internet connection was non-existent. We could connect to the wifi, but never managed to open a single webpage. Not even "un-popular" hours: we didn't manage to connect even early in the mornings (e.g. 6AM) or late at night (e.g. 2AM).

The staff was very nice. The lady at the reception in the evening wait for us after her reception hours because we were late. The man in the morning at reception was also very nice and cooperative. The place was very beautiful, clean, calm. Everything was okay. Only the electric kettle was a little bit dirty.

Great staff. We were hot and tired. The host noticed it and offered us coffee. The room was bright, clean, the terrasse was overlooking the front street and the garden. Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices: fruits, yogourts, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, pastries, toasts, coffee etc.

Excellent size rooms. So accommodating to our young children. Lovely staff and lovey breakfast. Floors were a little dirty - but we only knew this as my baby was crawling around - wouldn’t have been an issue otherwise :)

Not worth for the money. Rooms are downstairs!! They sell downstair rooms at an overpriced rate. No explanation abt the downstair rooms on the website.
