Very cute!

The suite was clean! Loved the views in the corner suite. The soaps available were high quality and towels were sufficient. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit flat and not as comfortable as the bed. We were unable to connect to WiFi because it was difficult to connect unfortunately. Another thing was there weren’t any bellmen or carts available to help with luggage carrying. The staff was helpful with questions thankfully. The building overall is very aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. However, every single trash can was overflowing with trash and drinks surrounding them.

Great pool and coffee shop in the lobby! Fun and funny rooms.

Todo esta hermoso y funcional.

Fantastic location. Clean. Spacious. Toilet paper holder was broken tho. Didnt realize that breakfast was not free. Fitness center is efficient but no equipment wipes at the start of the day. Would appreciate some music in the fitness center too it was eerily quiet and awkward in there but it wasnt bad.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Exceptional Hotel!

We had a really early flight in and requested an early check in (thinking they would let us check in around noon). We were able to check in at 8am!!!! This was amazing because we were running on 1 hour of sleep and needing to rest before our event that night. The staff were amazing, kind, and courteous. Food from The Terrace Bar and Grill was delicious! 10/10 experience and will use again in the future!!!!!

Very nice stay and a beautiful view from our room

Amazing service - the blonde guy who does 5:30pm free cocktails in the lobby was my favourite, but also the valet guys, front desk, housekeepers, bar staff, everyone was of the highest level of customer service, which was incredible for the price you pay per night. Pool area was awesome, spent time everyday enjoying the sun out there. Love the retro fitout of the rooms - super cool. Comfy huge bed. Coffee from cafe was decent. Cocktails were delicious. Didn’t try the food. The location is so much better than being right in downtown. It’s nice and quiet, 7-8min walk to all the action, lovely creek runs by the hotel, Lime scooters out front always to hire and get anywhere fast and cheap. Kevin Murphy toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and moisturizer were a really nice touch! The shower! It’s so annoying - it sprays cold water at you no matter how slow you try to pull the handle. Bad design as nice as it looks. Enjoy the pool’s serenity whilst you can on weekdays because weekends are packed, must be open to public because Saturday I could not even get a chair to lay on, Sunday I went at 7pm to be able to get one. Only other thing was my room on booking said it came with a bath, it didn’t which was pretty disappointing as it was one reason I chose this place. I don’t think any of them actually have baths.

The lobby with its refreshing fragrance, and the bath items. Lack of customer curtsey at the reception, the room was not the same as shared on the reservation and view was partially hidden behind another building along with dirty windows, no snacks as shown in the reservation photo, and finally it was noisy during the weekend. The parking on the roof top with elevator for me with a toddler and stroller was not practical either!
