Checking in was fine The staff was very friendly but when I got to my room and was going to heat up food after driving 12 hours,I noticed there was no microwave. I went to the front desk and asked them why we didn't have one because it showed in the description that it did He informed me that sometimes when you rent through third party things like Hotels.com they are not always what it says in the description. He did tell me, I was more than welcome to stand in the front lobby and use the microwave when we needed to heat our food up, which was very inconvenient but still better than nothing. They gave us a handicap accessible room, and when it came time to take a shower there was no tub or step up into the shower only a drain in the floor(which is completely understandable) but the only problem is it was not put in the right spot so the water didn't run to the drain. It went everywhere else soaking my slippers, and the rest of the bathroom The tile and the drain in the shower area was disgusting A ball of hair was covering the drain and the tile was moldy looking and black so I advise you to bring shower shoes The door to the bathroom was a sliding door and it was too heavy for the track that it was on The first time I went in there I was stuck and had to yell for my husband to get me out So we couldn't shut the door anymore The bed was very uncomfortable and broken in the bottom frame,and it had a little hump in the middle as well Staff was great but rooms need to be updated

Damion at front desk and Elly in breakfast area were excellent. Always helpful and kind. Terrific stay and we will be back to Hamton Inn!

Damion welcomed us, checking in was super quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, especially the staff were very helpful. Definitely recommend.
