The place is not in great shape. That said it is clean, you can’t beat the price, and the staff were just wonderful.

The property was not well maintained and not clean. Room had missing fixtures in the bathroom, threadbare towels, holes in flooring, etc. Clientele was sketchy and my son and I felt unsafe some of the time we were at hotel.

When we checked out and left They lied when we booked room and said the pool was open, it was not, we asked for more towels we had 2 adults and 2 children and they only gave us 2 towels, they said they had no more towels, the desk said don't order discount rooms is all and we can't have any more towels, the air conditioner was broken, and the beds lumpy.

The overbooked the hotel and left like 5 of us without a roommate. Staff was useless.

Unsafe area disoriented guests roaming the lobby damaged items in room no working elevator receptionist unprofessional

Bad rooms gave me 3 different rooms all bad rooms

The rooms are very hot the beds are so hard I stay a couple weeks and I ask 3 times if some body can came to clean the rooms and they did not

This property needs some major updating. I am not sure if any updates have been made since it was built.

The elevator wasn't working and I had my two kids under 5 years old.

The location leaves much to be desired as the clientele is generally sketchy with many people either pacing around the building aimlessly or hiding just out of sight. My room was stocked with absolutely no amenities at all, except for a basic bar of hand soap. No fridge, no microwave. 2 out of 5 working lights. Generally dingy with dirt coating every knob and switch. It was hot the entire night, despite the thermostat being set to ‘cool’, ‘fan’ and even at 50 degrees eventually out of desperation. I woke up to the sound of the fire alarm, which is a miracle since it was nearly impossible to sleep at all. Beware

The elevator was not working. Breakfast was really bad. Smells like trash. Rooms were dirty.

Everything i emailed you guys as soon as I checked in during to the conditions I didn't feel it was safe for my child to be there

My daughter and I itched all night my daughter has bed bug bites all over her arms the sheets had pre exsisting stains over nasty with the front desk attendant with a nasty attitude by the name TANIKA

AC was not working. There was a guy with a mask trying to break the vending machine at 2 am and the receptionist said its common here. This happened Infront of my eyes
