Great location close to anything you need.

Checked into our room, began to unpack a few things, when my husband found a live cockroach in the bathroom. Placed a call to front desk which took 10 minutes to be answered. Told me they didn't have bell cap services so we would need to bring our luggage with us to registration to make a room change. Finally after waiting in line, we were assigned an "upgraded" room, the difference was a loveseat. Was told the manager would call me the next morning which never happened. I placed a call to her/him, left a VM, which was never returned. We are member of Wyndham's Vacation Club, this hotel and management are not AT ALL what we are accustomed to!

The Front Desk Agents on all shifts were absolutely amazing along with the Valet guys. The next time I’m in Atlanta, I will definitely be booking my stay at the Wyndham Buckhead

Strategic to Lenox Square Mall, parking is $55 per night. When booking check the booking platform for the fine print. I booked thru Afterpay. I had a double room on the second floor but the view was not good at all. It looked out right over a field with a fence. One restaurant in the hotel, the rest is a sandwich container which one sandwich showed enter on the sixteenth. I arrived in the 20th. The sandwich bin never had the items listed so you were limited to a pork sandwich. Spending almost $400 for two nights, it was not worth the cost. It was my first time staying. Next time I'm Atlanta I will choose a different hotel. Although I paid $110 for parking and I have the receipt, the morning receptionist that checked me out said I never paid and that the parking fee would come out of my $150 deposit.

They need to manage better the valet parking example at one point on Saturday is no way to get there a lot car in the lobby… and no pool towel available in the pool area.

The lobby is very spacious and exquisitely furnished for an upscale area like Buckhead. The proximity to everything I was in town for was also a blessing. I had thought breakfast was complimentary, but it wasn’t, I must have missed that when booking. Otherwise, I was happy with the overall service except one encounter where a staff member was impatient and unhelpful, she blamed it on having worked 12 hours straight….that is no excuse but I’ll let the hotel deal with managing the burnout of its staff.
