From the minute you check in the staff was so welcoming and nice. Valet was great and very detailed even tho we didn’t use them , rooms were clean updated very nice very sleek look. Our views were AMAZINGGGGGG !! We had a city view and fell on the entrance of Lenox Mall it was amazing especially at night all the city lights you see. Definitely will stay again the experience was wonderful ! Although we didn’t get in the pool hit the bar or try the gym everything look very well maintained and very nice !

It was an all around great experience!
-
Very helpful staff, great location, and a comfortable, great hotel to stay in.
-
The staff made check-in smooth and fast and the valet service was amazing! I will return!

Bath towels are worn, room service only works until 9pm, shower curtain could’ve been cleaner, only allowed 2 room keys while we were three adults in the room. Other than that, the property is clean, has a great location and staff is attentive.

I did not like the parking Garage

Everything was perfect
-
Very well maintained property and the location was 5 stars, giving access to many fine dining establishments and quality shopping
-
Very clean, nice, hotel. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the lobby bar was extremely expensive for drinks. I guess that is to be expected for a higher end property.

Great hotel and with a convenient location.

The room was advertised as queen size beds, but we measured them and they were full size. We called and asked and they said thats what they call queens. They were 54”x 75” NOT 60” x80” There was a big stain on the carpet next to one of the beds, crusted and brown. And the POOL WAS DISGUSTING. Murky, couldn’t see the bottom, and there was a giant chunk of someone’s curly black hair floating near the surface. Also my eyes were burning just walking into the pool area. We stayed over the weekend and the restaurant was closed for breakfast. Only a little store was open on the bottom store selling overpriced coffee. There is no seating near the main entrance, where we waited for ubers, (my mom is 76 and could have used a chair). The staff was friendly, but didn’t do anything about moving us to a room with bigger beds. Oh and the TV didn’t work. Very disappointing for what I expected to be a luxury hotel. And we thought about renting a car, as ubering around cost us about the same and what a rental would have been, glad we didn’t because there was a $65 a day charge for overnight parking! Truly awful experience.

Great price for the room and accommodations. Thought it came with breakfast, but it turns out it didn't. Parking is expensive. Very nice area.
-
Nice, clean hotel. Restaurant is expensive but food is great. I would have left a better review if it was listed that you have to pay for parking to be a guest at the hotel. Didn't know until I received something from the hotel the day before my stay when it was too late to change.

Will stay here again for sure.
