It was great

Everything was just perfect for me and my lady friend thank you so much

Room was not clean towels and sheets were dingy and hair everywhere. The staff night staff was rude and gave someone in my group the wrong room if she would have listened to what we were saying then she would have noticed customer service changed the wrong room.

Hotel check-in was fine. The room was absolutely disgusting. I had two queen beds pull the sheets back on one bed and there were long hairs in the bed. I went to wash my face and there were razor stubble hairs around the sink. The floors were absolutely dirty and there were tiles missing around the closet area. I wanted some ice. I went with the ice bucket and of course the ice machine on the floor was broken. I decided to stay there for only four hours as I checked in at 11 PM I chose to get up at 5 AM to get an earlier flight back home I overheard people in the elevator saying that they thought the place was dirty. That should tell you a lot.

Property was clean and nice location. Only bad thing they charge $15 for parking, scam.

Front desk was very helpful after our delayed flight.

Ended up spending another night in Atl because the weather kept delaying our flight and it was getting late. Picked this hotel since it was close and has an airport shuttle. Check in was easy and quick and the shuttle was very convenient. The room was very clean.

The experience was not so good due to the cleanliness. The staff was good and responsive but the towels provided were not clean and the room itself was not clean. Had issues with the water flow in sink and tub and there is an extra charge of $15 for parking.

It was not the most friendly and attentive desk staff I have ever experienced, but considering the world FIFA games are here, I can understand that things may be a little crazy. The airport shuttle was a nice bonus. Rooms were average

It was lots of people lurking the area and my room was not clean Not clean elevator takes so long

Everything about the hotel was great. We've stayed here several times when flying out of Atlanta. Wonderful and courteous staff. The people in the room next to us were very loud and rowdy until 1 am.

The room was old and dirty and the bathroom was poorly maintained
