Kimpton Sylvan Hotel by IHG

Waited 50 min for 2 coffees and 2 waters to come to the room. When we called we were told rudely that we need to call the restaurant ourselves, front desk not willing to help. I had to get out of bed, and all down to the restaurant who clearly had no idea what was as going on, while I was downstairs trying to see where our coffee were, they were delivered to the room. Front desk lady was rude, hostile and not willing to assist us at all. Terrible experience and will never be back.

Really nice hotel, with good amenities. Our room was really a good size and comfy. Loved the drinks vouchers which we used to get cocktails at the roof top bar

A clear 10/10 experience. I like to pay a little more and get a very well rewarding stay - and this time didn't fail. Clean room, nice bed, bar nice.

This is a really nice hotel it is modern with big rooms and the breakfast was good The staff were good but could have offered more information on check in they did not tell us about reception drinks or the pool

Fantastic all around! From the complimentary coffee bar in the morning to cold brew in the afternoons and wine in the sunroom in the evenings…wonderful atmosphere!

We loved that it was in the heart of Buckhead and close to restaurants and events. The hotel was clean and quiet, had a great restaurant on site and we loved the rooftop bar. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and wonderful!

Poor

This is a lovely property nestled not far from the Buckhead Triangle. We only stayed one night, but the staff was amazing! We were there to attend an event at Chastain Park. It was conveniently located, and we were able to get back to the hotel quickly. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay! Check in was fast and easy, loved the hotel restaurant and bar. The room was well appointed and there were nice areas both inside and out. The location was also convenient. My only complaint is that there was not coffee in the room, they do provide in the lobby but I would prefer to not have to leave the room to get coffee in hte morning.

The staff was great. The decor is so cool and interesting. It you like wine they hook it up. The valet /bellmen are great. Shout out to Malcolm! Breakfast included package was not worth it, better to order off the menu and pay separately from the room charge or eat elsewhere. The hot water for the tea service was not kept warm.

I enjoyed my stay there and the staff was attentive and helpful
