Staff good they did recognize the problem we had and took care of it don’t expect to park in a safe parking lot space hotel parking garage is small and we had to park in over flow daily that was unsecured

The facilities were not very helpful. Breakfast was crowded and limited. But the worst part is that they were not upfront with the $25-$28 nightly fee for parking. This was NOT VISIBLE when I booked it through Expedia. Book another hotel outside the city area or find an alternative way to park to avoid this charges.

Pool was old and very small. The outside patio furniture all need to be replaced. Very worn and discolored.

Hotel was just okay, but worked for the night. Parking in garage was terrible. Staff actually had us park off to the side next to cars but not in a parking spot. Not enough parking space for the amount of rooms they offer. Street parking to check in is very limited as well. Staff was friendly though and the location to the aquarium is about a 20 minute drive.

Parking was expensive, but that was stated in the booking information. Parking was in a separate garage next door. It wasn’t far and we always found a good parking spot. Location was a bit confusing as there was another Hampton Inn on the same busy street. There also was some construction in front of the hotels. We actually pulled into the wrong location once. Overall, good stay. Room was comfortable and clean.

The rooms and property were clean. Staff was helpful and service excellent. Highly recommend. This place was not only affordable but exceptional in service and cleanliness.

The housekeeping services didn’t do a good job cleaning, and after informing the Lobby the cleanliness was not done properly. Second, the light lamp in room 730 was broken and the handle was taped with Duct tape. Finally the chair in room 730 doesn’t support the back of a person sitting on the chair. Unfortunately, this was an unpleasant experience.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel had everything we needed to enjoy a FIFA World Cup match. It was within walking distance of the MARTA metro system and offered breakfast included and secure parking.
