Very spacious condo and great location to Biltmore and downtown. Property was a bit dated but worked well for us

The room was very well appointed with useful amenities, such as a full refrigerator/freezer. But when the air conditioner came on, it sounded like an airplane taking off! Very loud. And there was not enough sound buffering from other rooms. We were awakened at 6 AM by upstairs occupants walking around and moving chairs.

Beautiful hotel! We loved the big pool! Perfect for our quick stay in Asheville!

The rooms are very nice and the pool is beautiful and relaxing.

You are renting a condo so you have a kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony. The rooms are spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Both bathrooms had massive showers and the master also had a jetted garden tub. The only downside was the views aren't great--it's either the parking lot or a road. But for the price, I'd rather have amenities and take a drive for the view.

Our arrival to the property wasn't very welcoming! We went through the registration process and weren't really told anything about the area, asked about interests, why were there, etc. Once we arrived to the room, the room was pretty clean for the most part, one of the showers still had some hair in it from the previous guests. But we cleaned it up. We were planning to eat dinner at the restaurant on site, however we found out that it was temporarily closed (which we were not told while registering), and also the hot tub was not in service ( had yellow caution tape wrapped around it and doesn't appear to have been in service for quite awhile. And these two amenities are listed as available on the website. We were also told that everyday we would receive housekeeping services as long as we didn't put the do not disturb sign on the door. We received service one time without asking, everything else we had to call and ask for and it was brought. We did have to call about constant noise upstairs, but thankfully they left the next morning. As suggestions updating the furniture, And having an ice maker that worked. Overall, it was comfortable and having a full kitchen was a plus. The price or Saturday evening was expensive ($350) while all other nights were around 125 on average. Love the concept of the rental, probably wouldn't return.

I stayed in a two bedroom suite with a friend of mine traveling to Asheville for a concert. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms which was really nice and convenient. The balcony, living room and kitchen area were spacious. The balcony was super cute - you can see some mountains from the side of the balcony. The restaurant is under construction unfortunately but across the street is a delicious brewery that has a Cuban food truck that hits the spot. There are plenty of areas that are easy to walk to - I am not afraid of a ten minute walk but the walk across the street was literally maybe 90 second walk to Hi-Wire Brewing. My husband was supposed to make the trip, I actually changed the booking to be a two room suite at the last minute. I liked the spot enough that we are talking about going back just the two of us. Side note, the master bathroom was so spacious. I took full advantage of the soaking tub during our visit. We'll be back!

Loved everything about our stay.

The queen size bed had no fitted sheets....it was a flat sheet and it was shortsheeted. The hot tub was closed off by yellow tape, and the pool was at the top of a hill and 15 steps, not anywhere near handicap friendly. The restaurant you boasted about where we could go down or order room service isnt even open. Very disappointed in this stay.

The grounds were well maintained. The location is not easily walkable to many restaurants and the onsite eatery is just a heat and serve location, not a restaurant. Prepare to bring groceries or drive/uber for meals. Room was relatively clean - sticky floor near entrance, mold in bathroom. Very strong smell of gas all the time due to fireplace pilot with gave me a headache. All in all, acceptably clean and comfortable. Immediately outside of our room, someone kept dumping food (over 2 days, there were 3 different containers of food dumped in the rocks here). Solid 2/5 stars, due to better choices nearby and downtown.

This is our go to in Asheville. I do think it’s time for a little renovation…it’s just a little outdated and is showing wear and tear. I’ll still keep going there though. Very reasonably priced and a solid stay.

Traveled with family and this place was the perfect size. The property is a short drive to downtown Asheville as well as close to the Biltmore. Would definitely stay again.

The pool closes at 8 and the hot tub looked like it was under maintenance and unusable. Parking was often limited. The unit itself though was beautiful, spacious and fit our needs perfectly. However, bring your own soap and shampoo, only little travel sizes are provided. Also, although it states it is 0.2 miles from the Biltmore Estate (which is technically true) DO NOT think you will walk there! It’s an additional 3+ miles to the parking lots and shuttles.

Room was large and had most of the amenities one would need. Washer and dryer were ridiculously small.

They were going through an ownership change and they were doing the best they could. Our stay was good disappointed where our balcony was at ground level to the parking lot. Nice accommodations. I will be returning when the restaurant opens back up. The staff was good. Expedia was good. Got me a great deal!

The bathroom didnt look like what was shown in the pictures. The bed could have been more comfortable. It was clean and great for what we needed

TV in the bedroom would not power on. Water did not come out of refrigerator door. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Bet place to stay in Asheville. All amenities are in room, and grocery stores nearby.
