Very oddly laid out room. And no microwave in room.

The room was clean, which is the first thing I look for. However, we didn’t know that the AC hotels were ‘European Style’, which means the rooms are ‘simple’. There are just 2 small drawers under the mini-fridge for clothes, and maybe 7 hangers on a small rod next to that to hang clothes. For 2 adults staying 4 nights, having a dresser is a must, and a closet for hanging more clothes. They don’t even have any luggage stands to put your suitcase on to raise it up. Very inconvenient. Nothing against how they design rooms in Europe, but I’m not staying in Europe. And mind you we booked the ‘Luxery King Suite’. Also, the King bed had a nightstand on one side only. The other side was pushed about 6” from the wall, where the window curtains are. Makes no sense! Who doesn’t want a nightstand to charge their phone overnight, maybe have a bottle of water on it too, etc? If I had to get up in the middle of the night I had to scoot all the way to the bottom of the bed. Lastly, they wanted to charge $17 per person for their ‘European’ breakfast buffet. I must have missed that when booking because most hotels have free breakfast at this point, even a continental breakfast. We won’t book at a AC hotel again, that’s for sure.

Room was nice and clean. There was a thermostat that controlled the bedroom area but the sitting area was obviously linked to the hallway system.

Everything was great, except that the pool was closed. That would have been a perfect way to end the day with a relaxing time in the pool. Otherwise, everything was great. The one young guy at the front desk was very helpful with directions to everything we wanted to do. Will stay here again.

The best!

Great hotel, location is very convenient to downtown, Biltmore estate and Biltmore Village. Breakfast was really good with nice options. Will stay there again.

Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay!

Lighting in the room could be better. Most of the light is in the hallway by the door. Hard to see for packing or reading.

Clean room, staff was helpful in extending reservation
-
Rooms were really designed well. The rooms and entire hotel were spotless. Great location close to Biltmore Estate. Even though not downtown, the town was just a few minutes drive away. Good gym.
-
Clean room, staff was helpful when I needed to extend my reservation by one night. Free onsite parking was great.
-
Super easy to get to and very close the the Biltmore Village

Very good

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not worth the price; luckily there is a Starbucks in the parking lot and that is more affordable with better options.

Everyone was nice and the place was clean.
