We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was extra friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable, and a location that can't be beat! We highly recommend it!

We love this hotel. The rooms are stylish and clean. We had an amazing view. The bar area is beautiful and provides ample space for relaxing and conversation. We only had breakfast this stay and it was delicious. The staff goes above and beyond to assist and are all knowledgeable and friendly. We will stay here every time we visit.

It was very clean even though there were many dogs at the hotel. Staff was very nice. The cost for parking with the hotel is very high and this area is very noisy at night if you are trying to go to bed early. We just parked at the Wall Street garage.

The Kimpton Arras is very conveniently located in downtown Asheville. Very well maintained (new) and the staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful. Loved the courtesy evening wine and beer - a nice touch! Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-end hotel.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. It is incredible to see what they’ve done with the place—turning a formerly rundown building into a beautiful, fresh, and modern hotel. Every aspect of the experience was spot on: The Room & Dining: The room was excellent, clean, and comfortable, and the restaurant on-site was fantastic. Service: The entire staff went above and beyond. The valet team was incredibly helpful, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely chatty in the best way possible. Pet-Friendly: A huge bonus for us was how accommodating and welcoming they were with dogs. It’s a top-tier hotel with a great atmosphere and stellar service. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful one-night stay. Would loved have stayed longer. Impressed with food at bar and breakfast. Staff are well trained, knowledgeable and eager to help. Room is well designed. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location. Recommend especially is you have a dog(s).

Everything thing was great from the time we checked in until we checked out. The staff were friendly and.omggg.the suite was amazing. We also had a massage which was great as well. The hotel restaurants food was great as well.
