I was impressed at how clean the room and hotel looked when we arrived. However, the following morning noticed mold in the shower on shelf and grout. I think a little bleach would clear it up and would take away my impression that the tub and shower area was not well cleaned.

Very easy check in! Very courteous and welcoming! Quiet except for some road noise which is to be expected due to location. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Had eggs, sausage biscuits and sausage gravy. Waffles! Great coffee!

It was a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy, the bathrooms very clean. The outdoor pool, which was well maintained, had to be accessed with a room key, which we really liked, as our granddaughters are 13 years old. The breakfast was very good and fresh -- the eggs had been frozen, but still good. Much more than the usual grab and go or just muffins and waffles. The buffet was nothing extraordinary, just good and fresh. We've stayed there before and it was still very nice. Definitely worth the money.

We usually stay here when we have a quick trip to Asheville. It is conveniently located to everything and it is always very clean. The breakfast and coffee are always good and the staff is super friendly. Because the building is located so close to the road, you can hear the traffic outside. It isn't a deal breaker but it is really the only downside to staying here that we have found.
