Excellent !!!

This hotel was exceptionally basic and way overpriced. By no means would I ever stay there again. It had mold all around the shower tray and it was very noisy. I was very disappointed and regretted staying there from the moment we checked in. “Breakfast” was completely inedible. Any other hotel would have been a better choice.

Such a great location and stay! Staff was great!

Room was clean, staff was great, breakfast was better than most, parking was convenient, property was quiet.

The Biltmore Lodge is very much an "OK" hotel. Some of the unpleasant things about this place were that we found a daddy long leg in our bathroom, plus a lady bug by the window. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff told us they would be back to clean our room when we asked for towels yet our room was never cleaned. The breakfast was the worst part. It was the worst hotel breakfast we'd ever had. I didn't eat a thing when I typically love hotel breakfasts (even those fake eggs). There was no breakfast meat and all they had for eggs were these cold egg patties. It's a good hotel for trying to save a buck but don't expect greatness. Looking back we would have spent more to have a better experience.

Breakfast was good.
-
Definitely affordable, however there was no iron, the room phone didn’t work to call the front desk, the TV had limited channels and hard to navigate and the bathroom door would not stay open.
-
Breakfast was ok but could have offered healthier choices. I would stay there again. Convenient to highway and attractions.

The property is clearly aged and in need of a refresh. The room above us started leaking thru our bathroom ceiling, when I took this issue to the desk I was informed they were all booked up. However while at the desk a person arrived and was asked if they had a reservation or were a walk in , they replied they were a walk in. So this confused me as they claimed to be all booked up, I believe I know the reason for this discrepancy but I'll keep that to myself. Clearly giving the choice brand a chance was a BAD choice.

I'm handicapped and there were no handicap parking spaces when I arrived. And I had to walk a pretty good distance. As far as staff they were all friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel itself I love this isn't my first time staying breakfast I didn't get this time but the last time it was great. My only complaint was something that they probably couldn't control which is the family that was staying across the hall for me were very very ramble just loud all throughout the whole late until the night I could barely get any sleep so if your thought to stay here I would suggest it the prices or reasonable each time and like I said if you're handicapped you might want to tell them ahead of time maybe they can do something about prop parking but other than that it's a great place

I booked based on reviews that I read. I was extremely disappointed in the property when we arrived. Our room was alright but the shower was disgusting. It had mold all over the seams of the shower and didn’t appear to be cleaned. Our toilet was dirty and had dried urine all over the seat. In our room the floors were not swept. The hotel as a whole needed some love and more detailed attention to fix it. The breakfast was awful and had no options. It was supposed to be amazing according to the ratings. I was very disappointed and will not be staying again nor would I recommend anyone stay.

Nice and clean, good breakfast as well!
-
Very affordable if you like to explore the Asheville area.

The walls are very thin and from simply walking from the bathroom to the bed our downstairs neighbor filed a noise complaint. Hotel is a good location, centrally located, but wouldn’t choose again.

Ok place to stay if you just want an easy & quick location from the highway. The room looked clean at first glance but wasn’t great when you looked closer. The tissue box was completely empty, there was a strong smell of air freshener & smoke that was very overwhelming. The carpets in the hallway were very stained and not vacuumed very well. There was also someone smoking pot in the hallway & screaming for everyone to wake up at 6 am. Overall, I don’t recommend.

I could very much tell that this hotel was very well-maintained. The staff was kind and helpful. The free breakfast was excellent too. My only comment is that the parking got a little tight at night as the parking spaces were almost all filled up. There is extra parking “above” their parking lot, but just be careful to park in the correct spaces and not the neighboring business’s spaces. I had no trouble but just wanted to share. I would definitely stay here again. If you’re into craft beer, Burial’s Forestry Camp location is like 5 minutes away. Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore are close too and are easy to get to via car or an Uber. Thanks for an easy experience! You also save some money by staying here and not downtown or with the Biltmore hotels.
