Can’t express enough how happy I was that I stayed at Loews Arlington Hotel ! I felt so blessed to have experienced this beautiful hotel and its wonderful atmosphere and hospitality everyone was very kind and professional. They went out of their way to help me and make sure I’m comfortable!

My only complaint is my room was warm enough to force me to keep the temperature at 66 and the fan on high for most of the trip.

Due to weather delays we couldn’t make it to the hotel until the next day after midnight. Management was not accommodating and made us checkout at noon even though we requested late checkout when we arrived at 3 am. Terrible customer service

If I have anything negative to say at all is that it is way too pricey for what it is. Price you pay is for premium location when going to sporting events (Cowboys etc), which are all at walking distance.
