Holiday Inn Arlington NE-Rangers Ballpark by IHG

Staff was ok , but not particularly welcoming or friendly. Elevators had some problems, so had to take the stairs a few times. The trolley service to and from the Dallas Cowboys stadium was good. Breakfast was self serve, basic but good.

The gym was a disgrace! Broken equipment and missing all handles. Completely useless!

Free transportation to DFW and free breakfast were great reasons for choosing this hotel. On top of that, it is walking distance from restaurants and cowboy stadium. Very convenient hotel location and amenities

The staff was nice and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

We stayed for the World Cup - walking distance to the stadium so was great! Fun staff.

Pool closes at 10. Beds are uncomfortable. Staff was great close to everything breakfast wasn’t great

Excellent location trolley comes by at certain hours if your are making it to a game or waterpark down the road.

very nice hotel, super friendly staff. Can't walk to much except a couple of chain restaurants next door, which was fine, anything else, you'll need to drive.

Pool was indoor but nice. The hot tub was not working.

It was a great stay. The trolley to the game was so helpful and helped make a relaxing visit for us.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with plenty of entertainment, shopping, and dining options just minutes away. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property. A++!

Surprised after all the Holiday Inn Express we have stayed across the US , they have had complimentary breakfast and no charge for parking ? This one surprised me , and the staff wasn't very pleasant or welcoming and didn't help much . Choose another hotel in the are , there are many others by the stadiums , I chose this one because of past experiences that were positive and great .

Electronically powered front doors were in stuck open position entire stay which made lobby areas very hot and humid. June in Texas! Not all elevators work- some have duct tape over buttons. Paying extra to park my car did not make my stay any more enjoyable.
