Great place to stay with family.

Two rooms had bed bugs.

The front desk staff had a very poor attitude and showed a lack of basic customer service skills. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived to check in, she told me the hotel was fully booked and there was no room available for me. What was most disappointing was that she did not try to help resolve the issue or offer any solution. Instead, she kept shifting the responsibility and blaming others. A front desk employee should take initiative to assist guests when problems happen, not leave the guest to deal with the situation alone. This was a very disappointing experience.

The staff was a little rude. They kept adding fees at check in.

Conveniente location to At&T stadium. The rooms are good. Understaffed, which leads to a series of issues if things get complicated.

They can do better with the quality of the food

I was late for check out and instead of charging an extra night they went ahead and empty my room putting all our stuff in trash bags.. And i had to rent another room in the same hotel.. It just does not make any sense.

Great location and very clean.

Close proximity to the Dallas stadiums & Six Flags. Nothing.

Room space

This establishment smelled of lemon grass coming into the establishment, However when we checked into our room it smelled like mold. The shower had mold dots on it and the staff was annoyed by any questions that we had we did go down during the World Cup but customer service should have been better regardless of high volume

There is only one washer and one dryer. The room we had the bed was on the floor. The fridge didn't stay cold. The room above us were extremely loud and we finally had to go down to the front and them call the room. The floor we stayed on smelled like pure weed.

Clean, great breakfast

Booked room the day of because other accommodation plans fell through last minute. Had no issues and no complaints.

The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and polite. It was an overall average stay. The breakfast was basic continental, standard self-serve, grab and go choices with the exception of scrambled eggs, patty sausages, and biscuits. I have no complaints. The room was clean and accommodating. We were there for less than 24 hours. The price was decent for the area, especially with all the attractions going on at that time.

The room was larger than I expected! I thought it was cleaned well! My non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. I was charged $5 for two bottles of water that were placed in my room.
