Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim North

This hotel is very old and they only remodel the lobby and it’s very nice but the rooms,carpet are so old and dirty.

The stay wasn't bad, just disappointing. The room was old, shower didn't drain, to the point I thought it was going to flow over the basin and onto the floor. Bathroom vanity old, cabinet paint peeling off. There was about an 8 inch tear on the curtain, white paint splattered on the curtains. Balcony doors did not open. It was just worn down. Hallway carpets were dirty, dark gray and yellow, from the elevator it looks like they ripped the carpet up and the concrete with yellow specks was visible. Once out of the elevator you can see it is carpet. Breakfast started at 7am which seems late. I had somewhere to be at 7am so I missed breakfast.

Staff and breakfast were good. The rooms are in need of updating/maintenance. Overall was okay.

Exceptional

Our room was changed 3x the floors had leaks carpet was wet all sinks were backed up the water would not go down. Tub was dirty went to Walmart to clean out tub and buy a shower mat. The room smelled like mildew. And there was a rip in the carpet with nails and wood sticking out. The staff was really nice but the rooms were awful. The mildew smell The plumbing Lack of cleanliness

15 minutes drive to Disneyland. Has good arcade games. Lobby looks nice 1 block away from city dump, which can be seen and heard from room especially at night. Steps away from a gentleman’s club which is very unusual for a ‘family’ hotel. Rooms are old with damaged carpet, damaged wood furniture, dirty damaged bathroom.

Very clean Very bad experience from customer service and the supervisor the one his name Bruce. The one who make it little bit better for me and for my family, the general manager and I believe his name is Brian or Ryan

The staff was very attentive. They greeted you as you came in and wished you a wonderful day as you walked out. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. They had a large variety of food but the omelets were our favorites. They even had staff going by picking up any empty plates. For a mother of 4 to not have to even pick up the plates after was so amazing.

Lobby is very nice, clean and well kept. The rooms however are run down and dirty. Had to change rooms due to severe mold in the bathroom and refrigerator. There were also spots everywhere in the room that had stains or needed repairs. Spills on closet doors, bad stains on carpets, rug tearing and coming apart. It doesn’t seem that they wipes down walls and doors or wash curtains that have spills on them. Possible blood spot on wall in kitchen.

We had a good experience with our recent stay here. Staff were helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed the arcade and pool. Although the pool warer was sub-par. When we checked in at 4pm and went to check the pool, the water looked very cloudy. We went swimming the next morning and the water was a little better. Otherwise it was a positive experience.

Old building, shower leaking, bathroom floor dirty, carpets dirty

The staff was awesome, but the hotel is very outdated. Holes in walls and paint chipping off in the rooms.

La propiedad estaba en excelentes condiciones quedamos encantados fue un viaje en familia volveríamos a hospedarnos en este nuevo hotel la ubicación el ambiente todo fue excelente y muy seguro muy recomendado al 100%

This is very convenient to be close to Disney and other places you would like to see. Breakfast is very convenient and having the complimentary drinks were nice. Although on the last night we weren’t aware that if one of your drinks are stronger you can only get one versus two apparently..
