Clean rooms but hallways are a little rundown

Jacob the front desk manager was very patient and helpful with our check in. The pool was okay but we decided not to use it. The breakfast options were plentiful. The walls in our bathroom had some cracks.

This hotel was great for me and my husband. We originally were assigned one room; however the shower was not working right. We called down and they immediately changed us room with no questions asked. The pool was heated and overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I booked 2 rooms for a party of 6 from M-F. My room was cleaned twice. Once mid week and on our last night. My other party room was not cleaned at all. On top of that, we kept having key card issues. Imagine coming back after a long day with kids from Disneyland only to find your room key is not working and have to find someone in the lobby for a replacement while everyone waits in the hallway. Not once but at least 3 times during our stay and this was for both rooms.

Good value hotel. Basic amenities, kind and helpful staff.

Really nice remodel. Everything is comfortable.

Clean room no issues

The room was very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast.

I did not like when I walked into room damp wet smell old outdated furniture broken fixtures, bathroom dirty floors shower rust stains. All around wish i stayed somewhere else never again

The bad. The room was tiny! The shower wasn't clean and was cracked. The sheets on the bed were piling. The furniture was old.

This is the only place i stay when i come from vegas with my kids for our knots and Disney trips. Excellent all around.

The beds were pretty comfy. Had a few small dingy components (stain on the floor, drip in the tub) but overall it was comfortable and mostly clean. Most hotel beds hurt my back and I did not wake up in pain so that was really nice. We did not utilize the continental breakfast so I don’t know how the food was but it was nice that it came with the room. I did have a cup of coffee from the lobby and that was a good cup of joe. The room was a little on the smaller side but it wasn’t too bothersome. We only stayed 1 night and for the price it did us well for our visit. I would stay here again for a short visit as long as the prices don’t go up.
