The staff the clean room and the breakfast was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful! I just wish the parking was free but we always had a spot!

Older now frills property great for family on a budget. Breakfast was the same each day but had good selection- eggs, sausage, bananas, oranges, apples, bagels, toast, English muffin, cereal, and waffle maker. Coffee and juice. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, easily slept 5 (2bd and a large a sofabed.. Downside? Only 1 TV and two rooms and no coffee maker in room but after dropping major $$$ on Disney this was refreshing . Rooms are access and it is walkable to Disney

Really clean and walls were well insulated. They really do care about providing a positive experience. I was impressed with how the room with load out as an actual suite separating a small living area from the bedroom. Highly recommend if you’re on a budget.

It was a very nice and good room. There weren’t a lot of “fancy” amenities however we defiantly did not pay “fancy” prices. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, beds were nice, had a nice place for pets, the pool was a nice area, and the continental breakfast was very nice especially compared to other hotels in the area. Other places just had pre-packaged muffin things, this has eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, waffles, etc.

TV didn't work and the pull out bed was broken. We've asked the front desk 3 times to come look at them. They were not able to repair them the whole time we were there.

Location is obviously excellent. Price was good. The staff were friendly. We didn’t take advantage of all the amenities like the free continental breakfast since the bed was really comfortable we decided to sleep in.

It was just enough room for my family of five the room had three queen beds and 2 tv’s that’s all we needed. The breakfast was great and the staff was really nice. Right up the street from Disneyland but not to far from Knotts Berry Farm. This will not be my last stay for sure

This hotel was the epitome of no frills to the point where most questions I had of the front desk I ultimately had to Google for myself because they didn't know (such as whether Disney has a free 'downtown' area with stores and restaurants as Disney does in Florida. The floor in my room was not clean (there was hair, a couple of earring backs, a rubber band, etc. - but the room was otherwise clean enough besides the floor. The bed was very comfortable and I had plenty of space in the room. The bathroom especially could use a major upgrade/refresh. There was no maid service during my four-night stay. I found out when I checked out that if I wanted it, I had to ask. There was no door hangar. I booked this trip late and couldn't afford the fancier hotels, so I appreciate this hotel's availability, general cleanliness, great location, and overall safety.

Breakfast was a bonus. Eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, cereal and fruit There is a resort fee to park. Do not be surprised it is mentioned in the booking. It is also a common thing in the Anaheim area. The breakfast was plenty to offer set the parking. We walked to the Toy Story lot and took the shuttle. If I can score the same room rate again or if it is the lowest price, we will stay again. The property is a bit worn but the rooms were fine. The little touch of Disney on the window covering got the kids super excited! We did not use the pool but it’s there. There is an elevator that requires a key card to go up. (Requires some pre planning when getting back late) The walkways got noises when folks were coming and going. (I mean folks are excited to be at Disneyland!) we brought white noise for the kids and had no issue.

The outlets didn’t work and the amenities were very few. The towels were like sandpaper!

very affordable stay! don’t be scared when you see the outside building, it is still older on the outside but very modern and homey inside the room! we loved our room and so did our son :) free breakfast is always a plus just try to go as early as possible to avoid crowds! there is a hot tub and pool we skipped out since the crowds there were a bit but it’s summer so to be expected. very kind, friendly, and helpful staff, would love to stay here again :)

On the downside, the room did not have a coffee maker or a stove, and the microwave was very small. I also wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with kids if you're planning a longer stay, as there wasn't much to do and it didn't feel very family-oriented. Overall, the hotel was clean and served its purpose for a short stay, but I would probably choose another hotel for a longer family vacation.

Staff is super friendly. Room was just okay for a place to stay overnight. Bring footwear coz it seems like mopping the floor is last priority. Everyone’s socks ended up in the trash.

Room was clean, check-in was fast. AC worked great, nice and cold. Breakfast was delicious.

La ubicación estaba perfecta , pero en la habitación no servía el microondas y baño estaba muy deteriorado y no funcionaba bien.
