Had bugs in the room, staff was not friendly at check in, she acted like I was bothering her for coming in. In the morning I left the keys in the room and my daughter left her phone so had to go to desk and get a new key … nobody was manning the desk. I waited 25 minutes, ringing the bell, calling the desk nobody around, yelled “does anyone work here” I finally had to walk down the hall to breakfast room and yelled for someone in there for a key. When I came back down 4 more families were waiting to be helped at desk and leaving due to cockroaches in the rooms. This was by far the worst country innn and suites I’ve ever stayed and will Not be back. Did not feel safe or secure with my kids there at all.

When I tried to call before getting there the phone was not working. Red flag number one. I went there In fear that I wouldn’t have a room. Once there they were out of the body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The mini fridge was broken and so was the outlet in the bathroom. The tub did not drain and the spout/ shower head were both going at the same time and I couldn’t get that to work properly. Needing to stop the shower at fear it would spill over. Additionally the hot tub was not working. Finally, the breakfast was out of coffee, and eggs. The waffle machine was clearly not cleaned regularly and when I tried to contact staff zero reply and no one at the front desk while myself and another guest waited. Literally should have packed up my stuff and left.

This place was run down. The hallways smelled foul. They had a shortage of maid service, so the rooms were not getting cleaned. I will avoid in the future.

Good location. Hot tub was broken. Heater in pool room was broken. Ice maker was broken. Breakfast wasn’t great. Bread for the toast was rock hard. The room was clean ish. There was a bandaid left on the peephole.

They had a nice outdoor seating area, plenty of parking the rooms were fairly close together considering we had one sweet and one double Queen room. The heating and air conditioning unit sounded like rain beating on a tin roof every time it turned on. We were missing a smoke detector right above the bed kind of left a gaping hole. They had a pretty good selection at breakfast, but often out of the hot items. Either they didn't properly assess the number of people for breakfast or they underestimated what people might take.

Hot tub heat element was out and nothing was disclosed about this ahead of time. We booked this place specifically because it had a hot tub and it wasn’t working yet rooms were “non-refundable”

the breakfast was very poor. at 8:45 wife's coffee she threw away my second pull emptied the container. staff member watched then said wait a second i will get more . 10 minutes later when we left no more coffee added. egg omlette & sausage ok. one piece of bread left for toast, waffle mix ran out. the two people working the breakfast were at the front desk to check us out .

The room was ok for an overnight stay but I would have booked somewhere else if I knew the conditions of the property. I bathroom ceiling was separating from the ceiling board and the tube drain was clogged. The water would just sit there for over 30 minutes after showering and also the shower was dirty. Also there were black nets in the room, not sure where they were coming from. Breakfast was good.

Nice clean All good

The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel is older and we did have some issues. Breakfast was not good. There are no closets in the rooms to hang things. Overall our stay was fine and all issues were resolved, we did feel like the staff was quite helpful.

Older hotel, clean rooms

The breakfast area was not clean and some of the hot food looked like it was left over from the weekend. It was not up to the usual standards of this hotel chain.

We stay at country Inn and suites all over United States and this one was not up to the country Inn and suite standards that we are used to not as well maintain not as clean not as well staffed asked for handicapped room did not get one we were able to make it work, but it was not what we wanted We booked out well in advance like six weeks just saying we are a little disappointed in this one.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again. Attention to details would take this place from good to great. When we first checked in, we found a large pizza from the previous occupant in our room fridge. This made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning staff, but the rest of the room did appear to be clean. An included breakfast is always a perk that I look for when booking a hotel room. There were quite a few yummy options, which would’ve been made better if the bagels weren’t stale enough to be inedible. The bed was comfy and the staff was pleasant.
