Holiday Inn Express & Suites Amarillo West by IHG

Very clean room, breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the excercise room, pool and hot tub. We stay across from the elevator and the room was quiet.

Very nice hotel. Bed was super comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Will definitely sleep here again.

Great breakfast

Great stay, very new and clean. Breakfast was good. We brought our dog with us and it was very convenient as there was a nice office park adjacent to the property with sidewalks to walk her in the morning. I will plan to stay again on my way to Colorado.

Great hotel

We had a very nice room. The noise level in the hallway was a problem.

Hard to get to

The indoor pool reaked of chlorine, it was awful.

Great place to stay plus the EV charge was convenient for us.

You would think with the technology that exists in the world, hotels would build better sound barriers between floors. We could hear every single step the room above us was taking. They weren't stomping, these were normal steps and they were loud enough to keep me up at night. This is a shame as everything else was perfect.

We had a nice sized room with a comfortable King bed. Quiet hotel with very nice amenities. TV in the bathroom was a plus. We’ll be back

I liked the breakfast. The friendly staff and overall cleanliness of the room and grounds

The only thing that I would suggest…the area for pets to potty had stickers and my dog would not go there once she got stuck.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and the check-in went smoothly. Our room was exactly what we expected except the toilet had some problem and you had to take the back off in order to make it stop running.
