Booked with hotels.com, paid in advance and when we arrived there were no rooms! Said there were 4 rooms available! Not so much.....

Staff didn't show up, no clean rooms and my reservation was cancelled

They did not have any rooms despite accepting my reservation

No issues with the room. Staff, there was only one person working when got there. There was one person working the two days we stayed. That one person was attending the front, the phone, and laundry. I had to go buy towels because there was no towels clean. The guy that was working the front told me there was nothing he can do to get towels washed and ready quickly because he was the only one working that day. I never saw a housekeeper either.

The photos of the location are a bit misleading. There is no realy lobby at all. The rooms were clean, but definitely for extended stay purposes. I did not have a remote for my television in my room, and never received one.

Nothing The bed was hard the blankets were very thin the road noise was so bad they had just sprayed for bugs and it smelled. Bad neighborhood. Shower was just sad . No cream rinse 1 small bottle of shampoo I was just thankful for that. It was not worth 71$ more like 50$ if that … very disappointed that booking.com had it as 4 stars ?

Like a motel bed bugs i got bite a couple times

You could only use the front door which was a very small area at the desk, and I am 71 yrs old and had to park way on the back side of the building and walk a long ways back to the front door. Horribly inconvenient! Was told they couldn't let their guest use any other entrances because of the bad people that break their rules spoils it for everyone. What a comment to make. Will never stay at one of these hotels again.

We got this place because of the kitchen and the price. Well the price was $10 more when I was trying to check in. Also. If you want any kind of dishes or any cooking pot or pans it’s an extra $30 for them which was not in the description. Place was dated but clean. It’s needs some work. Staff was nice.

The whole hotel smelled like Marijuana and the cable did not work was broken told staff and they never helped and we called Monday to get a refund and the manager did. Not sound concerned or nothing

They tried to keep it clean That they made a deal and didn’t honor the deal

Was denied a room because they wanted a 150 deposit on top of paying for room. Was traveling from Nevada and they wouldn’t refund my money for room I already paid so had to sleep in car!

The rooms were very clean. The reception is friendly. They were very kind and courteous. Let us know you need anything, explained all the amenities available. Each time I would leave and go in and out. They would always great with a smile. Place was very clean.

It was nice, but the staff was very kind and respectful, but very slow The facility nickel and dime you for everything they charge a deposit which did not explain why if you have to use a credit card any damages can be charged later to your card but now they want to charge an extra hundred and something dollar deposit

Save your money! I've never been to a worse hotel in my life. Staff is great, it is NOT their fault. The facility is old, the water barely trickled when we got there, then it stopped working entirely for most of the night. Even once it was "fixed", there was barely any pressure. Not even enough to fill the toilet tank so it could be flushed more than once every few hours. Nobody could sleep, we ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Horrible experience!
