Great staff….clean property and great breakfast!!!!

Such a great stay. All staff were wonderful. I brought my large breed dog and they provided treats as a welcome. Grounds were clean and amenities nice. Will stay here again!

The hotel lodging was good. Service was great and the personnel were friendly. We unfortunately didn’t have AC in one of the rooms so we asked for a fan and they accommodated us quickly. The continental breakfast was open early - just not the hot foods. But, we were able to grab coffee, fruits, and breads. Altogether, it was a nice overnight stay.

Superb

The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. Staff are great. The breakfast is usually great but this time it was ehhhh. Its a full breakfast though.

Will stay here again when we return next year

Exceptional

The room was very good. Quiet even though the hotel is right next to the airport. The evening welcome reception. A very nice surprise to find hamburgers and hotdogs, chili, and a small salad bar as part of the evening welcome reception. Nice touch! The parking lot on the reception side of the hotel is a bit cramped. The terrain makes it prohibitive for the hotels in this area to have large flat parking lots. If you’re traveling with someone who has limited ability to walk best plan accordingly to drop them at the front door. Unfortunately the hotel shuttle bus was blocking the entrance when we arrived.

Loud AC that would rattle the room walls at times. Detachable shower head would fall off the holder as soon as water was turned on. Otherwise, great room and experience.

Christian ( front desk) was exceptional. Super nice and inviting. Did a great job! That i wasnt able to stay longer

It was very clean and comfortable.

Shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport was excellent. Very helpful, funny, and friendly. The driver who took us to the airport the next day was great also. Free laundry was great. Had to leave at 445am, so we didn’t get to try the breakfast.

Shuttle bus from airport was quick and efficient, the driver was pleasant and informative about the area. Check in was easy and the suite was excellent. Staff were all very pleasant and the property was well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the great access and ease to get on and off the hwy I did not like that the pool not being open was not disclosed until after we checked in. Also the parking in the front of rhe hotel is very slim with all thw big trucks and small amount of space. On a night I was there an unmarked vehicle was driving through the parking lot recording vehicles. It made me very nervous and uncomfortable. When I went to the front desk to report it the staff there was rude and told me to not worry it was security. I mentioned it would be a good idea to get a magnet or something that said security so we knew why someone was driving through the parking lot recording vehicles. The staff told me to just get over it and it was fine.
