Clean room friendly staff

WE STAYED HERE CAUSE BEFORE WHEN WE STAYED HERE EVERYTHING WAS FINE . NOW THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING THE SHOWER THAT IS THAN I REQUESTED TO BE CLOSE TO MAIN INTREST BECAUSE ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES AND THEY PUT US ON THE 3RD FLOOR THAN MOVED US TO 2ND FLOR SAME CORNER AS THE FIRST ROOM. POOL WAS OKAY NEEDS TO BE CLEANED NO TOWELS IN THERE EITHER. THE 2ND ROOM THEY PUT US IN SMELLED OF MOLD AND I HAVE BREATHING ISSUES SO WE DECIDED TO LEAVE HOTEL BECAUSE WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO MORE ROOMS . DO NOT RECOMMEND THE FRONT DESK GENTLEMAN IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME

The walls are thin, we heard kids wrestling, yelling and shouting till 12:30 am. The phone was missing buttons and no numbers. Personally I’d never stay here again.

Nothing bad services Went in to room and room.had not been cleaned had to wait an extra 2 hours before room was done. Didn't like that we had to pay for breakfast and breakfast wad cold

Excellent customer service at check in and checking out. The room was comfortable and clean the bed was comfy and I liked the little couch and table. The TV was the perfect size. The bathroom was perfect for my needs and it had shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. The hotel was very close to the airport. I enjoyed the restaurant The Landing serving Pizza 9. It is walking distance from the hotel.I recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Excellent customer service at check in and checking out. The room was comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows were comfy and the pull down blinds helped keep the light out. Bathroom was perfect for my needs. It has all the shower soaps, shampoo, conditioner plus lotion. Parking was good and safe plus well lit. I recommend to family and friends. I can't wait to stay here on my next visit.

Our room did have a weird smell and the fridge did not work, but other than that the stay was good! Super friendly staff!

It was a clean place. Outside was a bit messy but wasn't too bad. Good place to stay.

The pool was working and the beds were comfy. There was no staff at the front desk waited nearly 10mins and the tv was not working, the pool had no towels and we only had two towels n our room. The floor tile n the restroom was broken.

There were small things that would have taken less than 5 mins to make the room much better (no number placard on the phone, the shower head was disgustingly dirty, pumps for body lotion were broken and the toilet paper was only 1-ply.

Most properties are decent, but the noise insulation between rooms is poor. Even small noises can disturb sleep.
