This hotel is located just behind the dunes in Ahlbeck, just yards from the long promenade and sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. It offers fine cuisine and a 6.6 ft² spa area with a special children’s/family section. Rooms and suites feature modern interior design. WiFi is provided free of charge in all areas. Guests can also use bathrobes, slippers and receive a free set of cosmetic products. The healthy breakfast buffet consists of select regional items and baked goods. The restaurant has a show kitchen and a terrace facing the beach promenade. There is also a wellness bistro, conference rooms, a bar/café, a lobby bar, a TV lounge, a selection of on-site shops and an external restaurant. The deluxe spa (for guests aged 14 years onwards) features an outdoor infinity pool, a bio sauna, panoramic oak sauna and an infrared sauna. The pool and all saunas offer a view of the Baltic Sea. The children’s/family spa has a 20-yard indoor pool with integrated hot tub, a Finnish sauna, steam rooms, a sun loungers area, fitness area and a spa treatment room. On-site parking can be booked, and there is a bicycle garage. Guests receive an Ahlbeck-Ticket, offering free use of local public transport.

Everything! The location is spectacular- even with bad weather. The new rooms are comfortable- especially the bed! Breakfast is exceptional with delicious bread, a rich buffet with great quality food and the possibility of ordering extra eggs or pancakes. And the spa is a highlight with panorama Finnish sauna (our favorite), a more delicate biosauna and comfortable relax zone. All with view on the Baltic Sea. The staff is extremely kind (we found a delicious sparkling wine and glasses in the room on my partner’s birthday :-)!!). Did I mention the outstanding restaurant? The only thing is the complicated structure of the new rooms. I like exploring but it took me a while to understand how things worked (brilliant panel that hides the TV, mirror in the bathroom, night desk…). A little ‚how to‘ guide would have been helpful- but we found out for ourselves and appreciate the features very much

spa and restaurant staff were friendly! not good value for many, unfriendly receptionists, we were unhappy with the room from day 1 and they didn’t offer us ANYTHING (even a friendly chocolate would be nice…)

The surroundings We were overcharged. According to Booking.com. Dinner and drink for ont night to be included. It was not! Impossible to book massage and such treatment.

Spa facilities were lovely, especially the elevated outdoor mini pool. Furnishings in room were dated and scratched. For the money paid it felt over priced.

Perfect location, nice rooms with a view and a fantastic breakfast. Parking is very convenient. The whole hotel is well thought through and super convenient. We will for sure come back. The food in the restaurant is amazing, but the place is seriously understaffed. It took way to long (3hrs for a 3 course meal) and ordering additional drinks etc. was not possible. The only waiter did his very best and was nice and apologetic, but still it was too much. Maybe Consider opening less tables if you can not service them.

Great location, one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel before, nice relaxed staff. Even found using the car lift fun. There was no air conditioning in the room, which I did know before hand, but probably needs to be put in all rooms tbh.

although our room did not have direct sea views, the hotel is in a great location right on the boardwalk and has convenient underground garage parking for an extra charge. The spa amenities are lovely, though laid out a little confusingly with respect to the rooms. We enjoyed the living room area and kitchenette in our room, which had not been advertised as a suite. The buffet breakfast was high quality, and the servers bringing coffee and taking custom breakfast dish orders were particularly friendly and hopeful. There us no AC, and our visit partially coincided with a heat wave. When we asked for a stand or window fan, we were told the hotel doesn’t have any.

The location is so beautiful! There is a Beautiful pool.for families; the room was so spacious and wonderful with thought of small details; staff was so nice as well

Love the hotel and the facilities, great view and location too! Loved the infinity pool. Also during the breakfast the manager came around and wished each table a warm Sunday which was a lovely touch. It added a personal touch and seemed very genuine. Suana's were off on the Sunday morning before checkout
