Best Western Potomac Mills

This stay was booked through Hotels.com. A week later we stayed at the same place booked through a different service. They were within 40 cents of each other in price. This stay was better because we had a tv that worked. We used the fridge to keep drinks cold, we slept equally both times. Their beds are comfy. We like this Best Western because we know the food options nearby. Our daughter lived in Woodbridge for a couple of years and this was our go-to when we would visit. They've instituted a new security measure where you need to swipe your room key in the elevator to go upstairs. We weren't too excited about the extra step. Their continental breakfast is decent. Eggs, waffles, cereal, coffee, yogurt. We love that we can get coffee on the way out.

We only stayed one night but extremely close to Potomac Mills Mall. Nice outdoor pool even though we do did not get to use it. Free continental breakfast was very nice, eggs, toast, danishes. Plentiful parking. If we were to go to Potomac Mills to go shopping again we would definitely stay here.

Rooms were not well kept at all. Very unclean. The lobby and community areas were disgusting. The walls in the room were very clearly painted to cover blemishes. Extremely outdated property

The room was excellent. Everything I needed was properly working and well organized. I would definitely stay there and more likely to recommend to my friends and neighbors.

This was one of my worst experiences at Best Western. I should have demanded that my wife and I be allowed to seek better accommodations.

The shower curtain didn't stay completely closed all the way so l had an issue with water on the floor. Also the TV was only programmed to news and sports.

Very clean friendly staff Nothing

Breakfast was good, had multiple option to choose. Rooms were not ready upon checking in, we had to wait about 1 hour in the lobby with bags and suitcases, we had an event to attend at 5pm and it was 4pm and the room was not still cleaned he moved us to a different room.then we had to rush to the event, we got there late.

Older property but good breakfast, clean rooms and helpful staff.

This is a nice hotel. It’s close to the interstate and in a safe area near some shops and restaurants. The room I stayed in was super clean, and the AC was already on to cool the room when I arrived, which I appreciated. The staff was super friendly and check-in and check-out went very quickly. I appreciated the buffet breakfast, which was really good. Lots of choices to eat and drink! I’d stay here again.
