The attention received by Brenda as she realised the error that left us without the reservation, even though it had been confirmed by Booking The hassle and stress of arriving and not having a room available although it had been booked and confirmed months in advance.

Nice clean room Charge for parking. No basic free breakfast. Adjoining door to next room was loud. Neighbors TV could be clearly heard.

It was clean and modern. Great location close to St Bonifice Hospital. Nothing.

The lobby and hallways looked modern and refinished The in room furnishings were old and beaten up as well as dirty. the carpet was old and gaudy. room was weirdly halfway between a refresh, with the walls, art and bathroom looking newly renovated, but the rest of the room was lacking. The conference room at the end of the hall on the second floor was always incredibly loud the whole stay.

Did not get to stay overnight due to going through booking.com , paying with online credit card, receiving confirmation number . Only to arrive after a long day of travel that there are no rooms available Would not use booking.com again as this was a huge inconvenience for us
