Marriott Hartford/Windsor Airport

Good hotel but there were a couple of maintenance issues. The toilet rim was cracked. , which in itself is not terrible. The crack was very dirty. It was black and brown and looked unsightly. The toilet should be replaced. At the very least the crack should be cleaned better.

The front desk does not communicate with the shuttle. The chef did not follow communication from the wait staff/bartender for lunch order. Work on this!

Rooms were clean restaurant was clean and food was good though properties pretty isolated

The room itself was very nice and clean. There was no microwave, which was a little disappointing. We would have liked a jacuzi.In the pool area but not a deal breaker. . The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good at the restaurant. The only issue we had was the bar at night. We wanted to go in and have a drink and have just a dessert. The waitress came over left a menu, and we never saw her again. She waited on two other couples that sat after us and never came back to our table, so after about ten minutes we got up and left and went elsewhere. We felt it was because we said we didn't want dinner

The hotel was perfect. The gym was clean and the staff was super friendly. Even on the busy hour when I came in.

Room was clean. Staff were OK but we have definitely had friendlier & more personable front desk associates before. The couch in our room was horribly uncomfortable and it felt silly to pay $8 per day for WiFi. We’ll stick to other hotels next time!

Only think l have with this hotel is no continental breakfast and the breakfast that we did order. It was cold and didn't have The Economist with it. The coffee maker didn't work. Overall, the stay was nice. And I was comfortable, and there was no microwave, which I would think that should be one of the amenities that they have in the room. In case if you don't want to go out, you want to warm up your food inside instead of going all the way downstairs to the 1st floor to warm up your food. That part didn't make sense to me.
