Room had broken door handles, dirty coffee maker and only 1 towel. Breakfast was good for the family.

Check-in was easy and quick. Room was clean and spacious. Although the property had some serious staffing issues, we were not affected. Would stay again!

Very noisy at night. Loud voices and slamming of doors in the hall. This hotel is overpriced for its location and amenities.

I had already contacted the hotel and asked for adjoining rooms. They confirmed they had a king that adjoins two queens. We get to check in and the employee stated that since it was a third party they didnt have communication. I pulled up my email between holiday inn, not booking.com and informed her that was incorrect. She never apologized, just said "this is what we have." Rude, and didnt offer to help solve the problem.

Breakfast buffet was much better than others we've had. The shower nozzle was very loose and had to be held to use it. Room darkening shades would have been nice with the floodlights in the parking lot, but we didn't need a nightlight, LOL
