Lights out ZERO AMENITIES No food No drinks No pool White socks turn black on carpets If they did some maintenance it would be a decent Hotel

Rooms are ok service is not good.

Room, hotel lobby and breakfast bar area were all extremely well kept. The only improvements needed are better/more secure parking, broken pool still not fixed, and the breakfast food quality.

The pool was closed which wasn't told to us when we asked before booking. The place is outdated and far off the beaten path to the beach. The staff was cranky and the place is dirty. There are tiny bed pillows and no blankets!! Stay elsewhere

The only thing I disliked are the small square pillows (as so many hotels have switched to).

There were no gluten-free options for breakfast no oatmeal, the fruit was old, the decaf was cold every day the waitress in the kitchen area did not speak English. You don’t understand a word. The pool wasn’t working our first room. The air-conditioning wasn’t working. We had to move. The weight room was a joke and it was extremely hot in there. They need to upgrade everything.

I’d love where it’s at close to target I wish they would put in hard floors instead of the carpet the carpets every time I go, there is always stained so bad and you came and walk on it barefoot cause it feels so grimy from being shampoo so much! They should upgrade and just put in hard floors instead of carpet it like a lot of these hotels are doing now.

pool not working carpet in the hotel is filthy. Did not stay lost money on the room but I could not stay there. Person at the front desk stated I would receive a refund but I have not received it. 😑

They had availability Rude desk staff, pool out of order, closet door broken, rust around bathroom door and dirty, desk chair peeling, hall carpet dirty and the phone wasn't connected to a cord...

Great location walking distance to a lot of things clean room nice fluffy towels

Good breakfast--typical motel options for breakfast including grits.

The check-in staff was kind and understanding, they obtained me a discount because of inconvenience and issues with the booking when our whirlpool suite was downgraded to a regular suite without any prior notice, it was realized when we got to the room. We were still able to stay in the suite booked but the whirlpool jets were inoperable. The room was small for what I would consider a standard much less a suite. It clearly shows wear and need of repair, holes in walls, broken refrigerator, displaced door handle to the bathroom. Pillows were half stuffed feather and were uncomfortable, the bed was stiff. Window shades were stuck at 3/4 closed, we were unable to adjust them. The night clerk was brusque at best when I asked about extra pillows and they had no extra linens at all.
