The property is inexpensive but filthy

Credit card was required for damage deposit. Yet at 5 other motels that I stayed this month it wasn't. I'm a platinum member and have over $200 in points, so incidental deposit covered by expedia. I have stayed here many times in the past. I will stay elsewhere in the future.

Un lugar completamente sucio, roto completamente deteriorado no lo recomiendo

The bathroom tub tile looked like it had mold on it. the tv didnt work and it was an hour or more before any one came to check it out after i reported it. the parking lot in front our room had dozens of cigarette butts on the ground along with other trash.

Muy mal olor, en la recepción no fueron muy amables. El lugar estaba abandonado y con olores fuertes a cigarrillo y orín. No lo recomiendo a pesar que solo fue una sola noche.

Perfect, secure, left our tow trailer in parking lot. Felt safe. Was a very nice area.

The carpet in the room was stained. A side chair had large stains across the seating surface. The caulking in the shower / tub was cracked with mold growing. The window sill had lots of dust. It needs a serious gut and remodel.

Great location rooms were clean

The location Newly remodeled room's was advertised. The unfriendly clerk charged me 100 extra for our two dogs after telling me that they had no notification about our pets when I booked the room. She the reduced the charge to 80 if I paid her cash. Our room smelled like mildew, the carpet was very dirty and damp in the corners near the bathroom, the shower had a bent spout that looked like it was about to break off. The bathtub was rusting around the drain and the base of the tub had caulking peeling up. The wall next to the Midget Toilet had blistering drywall. Oh yeah one of the room's above us would start up the hard rock music right before 10 pm both nights. I would not stay here again even if it was free.

Surprised that the bed was comfortable. The door had a problem locking when closed, told staff they came and checked it out and said I was closing it wrong . I wasn't comfortable with it locking. Ice machine was not working. Toast and cereal for breakfast. We had booked 2 nights my wife woke up Wednesday sick from altitude so we needed to go to lower altitude. They wouldn't let us change to another night even though they had been payed for 2 nights in advance and wouldn't give a refund.

I liked the location its central and Williams is beautiful, much restaurants and nice things too see. The room was big but didn’t felt safe. The free available parking spots were great. The included breakfast was shown differently on booking with many options between toast, pancakes, bagels and cereals but in real life there was really just toast with butter, milk and cereals. It was very disappointing. The Indian owner asked us about our stay and we confronted him with the difference if what we booked and what we got but he just said: well, then i delete the pictures online. No excuse, nothing.

I wish i had know that renovations were under way. Hopefully they are completed and things get back to normal again soon. the ice machine was off, they were pulling up carpet on the stairs, doing parking lot repairs, and remodeling looked rushed to get people into the rooms. Id love to come back and see how it looks once things are finished.

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Williams and the surrounding area. The hotel was conveniently located and served as a good base for our weekend trip. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The rooms were very worn and in need of updating. The beds were extremely hard, and the air conditioning did not cool the room well. Although the hot tub was open and warm, the jets barely worked. The complimentary breakfast was much more limited than advertised and consisted mainly of cereal and toast. Upon arriving late in the evening, we had to wait about 10 minutes before a staff member came to the front desk to check us in. We also noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling, which was concerning. Overall, while the location was great, the accommodations and amenities did not meet our expectations and did not reflect the photos or description we expected

The bed was comfortable and housekeeping was very helpful. It was very dusty, there were stains on the bed cover, the toilet didn't flush half of the time, the A/C could not keep up during the day, and the wifi was super slow and did not work much of the time. When we called the front desk they said the wifi was fine and that we just needed to connect to it. Even their own TVs didn't stay connected to the wifi and buffered so much we ended up using our mobile Hotspot instead.
