One of my favorite amenities at this property, from previous stays, was the fire pit. On this visit, the fire pit framework was still there, but the inner works were gone. The jacuzzi was taped off for repair. The breakfast was still excellent, though, and being walking distance from the commercial district is always a plus.

I wont stay anywhere else in Williams. Always clean and always smells good. They have a snack store in the lobby which is very convenient. The included breakfast has such a variety. They text your throughout the stay checking in and if you need anything. We just love it here!

Overall excellent - best breakfast, tea and hot drink selection so far this trip. Only reason for 4 stars is hot tub wasn’t working and only one dryer worked. But seriously, this was the fifth hotel we have stayed at on this trip, and it was the best so far.

Great coffee and water available at the front desk as well as pre-packed lunch bags ready to take on the go with a bottle of water and apple and a snack waffle. super friendly people and the rooms were larger than the ones in the Hampton at Flagstaff

Staff and hotel were great. Luggage cart is broken and a danger to user. Hot tub out.of service. Breakfast was great. Parking very adequate. Location good.

Noise from heating, cooling unit

Location Our room door had a 1/2 inch gap that we could see into the hallway. I did notify the hotel and was assured that it would be taken care of.

Entry doors didn’t fit well, you can see gaps. People constantly open and closed doors in the hallway ( very noisy) We didn’t sleep well 😒
