Comfort Suites Whitsett - Greensboro East

The sofa bed in the room was very soiled and my son was not able to sleep on it. The room was very dusty, triggering our allergies. Also, there was hair all over in the bathroom. I couldn't wait to leave to get back home.

Good for a one night stay near I-85. The room and bathroom were fine with a comfortable bed. However, the elevator was filthy dirty and the breakfast wasn’t worth our time.

I was happy with my stay. The room was nice and very clean. the staff was quite friendly.

Super easy check in, though it made me a little leery they didn’t even ask for id. But hotel was great for what we needed. Thanks!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The room wasn’t welcoming at all. Stains on the couch, rust on the tub (I get the company who did them didn’t do it properly but just wasn’t presentable), something was splattered across the wall, and chipped paint or something was in the corner of the room like the room was vacuumed well. Just wasn’t satisfying.

I believe, we have been going to this hotel for the past 8-9 years. But, the last 3 years has not been pleasant. It’s a shame. Because, the hotel is close to where my grandchildren live. But, my wife believes we should start going to another hotel. Oh, my wife just reminded me. The air conditioner was also leaking into the room that the rug was wet. It was worse this year than last year.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

It’s also convenient to restaurants, grocery store and the highway which you do not hear inside.

The guy check-in was extremely frazzled and not super friendly, but he was OK. I’ll give him a best. I understand what it’s like to be in the service industry. The second night he was friendly. The rooms were great just a little dated but nothing terrible. The breakfast was standard and good and hot. The bed was very comfortable, which is very important to me all around a great experience and would highly recommend.

The air conditioning worked great. Room was ok. Could have been a little cleaner but not bad. Staff was slow. I couldn’t even find anyone when I checked out. It was worth what I paid. I only stayed 1 night so that’s all I have.

Our bath tub was not usable. It was all rusted out and they wouldn’t give us another room and said they all were like that. We couldn’t get back in our room unless we got the card rekeyed, which was a headache because we were there for 4 days. The experience was not great and I wouldn’t recommend staying there!!!

Not that good, the steam from the containers fro the eggs n sausage were unsafe. Need to rethink and only 1 waffle machine. Food, we never got our blanket or bed cart bc the room we originally booked online was not available
