Breakfast sicks

My family and I are traveling around Colorado and wanted to stay closer to Denver on our last three days. We ended up sleeping here for only one night. This Hotel has rude employees, and the rooms stink. When we complained about our room having a weird smell, we asked if we could have a new room and they said that it had been more than 6 hours of staying at the hotel, so changing wasn't an option. It was 9pm, and we checked in by 3pm. Mind you, when we asked, the employee was already having an attitude and was completely rude to our small complaint. Some rooms TV's wouldn't work well, and the instructions given were incorrect, so we had to call for help. The walls, ceilings, and floors were torn and coming apart, completely dirty and unsanitary. The rooms themselves almost didn't seem to be completely cleaned (sheets didn't seem changed). The bathroom had an odd smell despite being cleaned, and the water pressure from the shower was hitting the curtains, making water leak outside of the tub. Some rooms had carpets and others didnt. The one we stayed in had carpet, which was the main problem of the smell. The entire hotel is a huge mess and unorganized. Don't recommend.

The overnight receptionist, Anna, was awesome. She was very helpful when we needed something and an overall delight. :)

Room was nice and quiet, check in staff was pleasant beds were comfortable. Listed laundry but there were “non working”( did not see any) In room bathroom light quit working ( taking shower in dark was fun) few minor things - lampshade broken, screen in window broken, but overall was good! Not a big choice on breakfast ( had more choice of items for sale than offered for breakfast.

Travelers beware! The property and room were NOT clean, the bed and pillows uncomfortable, and the exercise equipment was all broken except for one bike. The TV had only 3 channels. It smelled like pot inside and out and there were drug deals going down in the parking lot. Also, 120th and the freeway is VERY LOUD. Stay at your own risk!

The staff were very unfriendly, the rooms were too small, the telephone in the room didn't work, and neither did the television.

Room was flat out disgusting for lack of knowledge on a worse word to use. Smelled awful the entire time. Something was in the AC unit that gave a horrendous smell. We were there for three days and even though we covered the room insurance wise we were not able to be refunded. By far the worst room I have ever stayed in. I would implore you to stay anywhere else literally. There were homeless crackheads all around the hotel and the staff not only did nothing to discourage it, they almost invited it. They were allowed in the lobby as well. I gave this place one star, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Trust me, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Cheap room.

Stayed 2 nights in rooms that were kind of gross and the bed covers was extremely old. Couldn’t get a good night’s sleep because of the grossness from the stains on the sheets. This hotel needs a major update. I’m calling corporate about this location and we’ll be asking for a refund. Major red flags, people walking the halls all night. Cheap hotel but gross to stay in. I would give it a zero star rating, 2 star hotel is too much.
