Air-conditioning thermostat did not properly work. It would get cold and then it would be hot before it would come back on five or more degrees difference in the temperature overnight.

Friendly staff, clean environment, good restaurant. The room was clean. No negative issues other than I prepaid for 2 breakfasts and they were only good for one day each. We missed the first day's breakfast and asked for a refund for that breakfast and was told it could not be refunded.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice view of fountains which is very well maintained too.

Check-in was easy. They were extremely polite and very accommodating. The hotel is lovely. The room was clean. The sheets were super soft. The bed was very comfortable overall it was an excellent day.
