Hotel AKA West Palm

Comfortable beds and clean rooms with plenty of towels.

I live in Chicago IL coming back in August for my birthday staying at the AKA……

Very clean room and lobby & gym very professional andheloful staff. I did it like obliterated one elevator for whole hotel it has 8 floors

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Loved they had a shuttle to take us around.

It was a mini apartment with laundry and so cute and clean. Felt relaxing and in the heart of the city. Wish I stayed longer!

Nice hotel, good location. The only thing is that needs some maintenance; the corridors look old. But it was nice.

New hotel. Close to downtown. With an electric bus service to the beach. New beds are great. They have bikes too. So ideal for a short weekend to relax. Staff is awesome.

It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool and gym were excellent. We will come back

No self park options only the $45/day valet. The market was underwhelming and the prices were crazy.

I had stayed here previously and really enjoyed the property and my room. The room this time was super clean, almost like a suite and had a balcony overlooking the pool (I had requested such a room and the view was better than the first time. Convenient location if you are not looking for beach front. Plus I received a $60 credit to use on the property which came in very handy. I would definitely stay here again.

I love this property. It is always my favorite in West Palm. The team is always so helpful and accommodating. I was recently there for a birthday stay and everyone made it an elevated and memorable trip for my friend. I will definitely be returning for another trip.

The placement of the facilities for not being directly on the beach. Offered complimentary convenience. The night male concierge is a great member to aka. 40$ fees for holding onto your ticket; 20$ fees for misplacing it in the garage. Thats robbery & inequality if someone is visiting it shouldn't be any morethan 8$ to use the garage for such limited convenience & limited time visiting. Garage needs another level or 2.. pool could have been deeper along with a jacuzzi or fountain since more people come to drink & sunbathe. My room i was staying in flooded in the living area from the dish water 1/2 of my 7d stay which resulted in chores,bad odor and not worth the value paid. I don't like housekeeping attitudes either.
