88 Palms Hotel & Event Center

It was close to eateries.

The people working were really nice. The pool was never super busy. My only complaint is the ‘cable’. 5 channels of news and sports and one didn’t have sound. Not there to watch tv but it’d be nice to have it at down time.

Everything about this place was horrible

The room was dirty and smelled.

Have the most horrendous smell upon entering the lobby. They also have a $100 incidental hold, however, there are no amenities like room service or anything like that. Then on top of that it takes approximately 10 days for the hundred dollar hold to be lifted off your bank account. Oh, and did I mention the smell?

Nice staff Clean property No trash or litter

All of the staff was great except for one desk clerk. Talked to the manager and they will be dealt with. Really a great place

The property needs updates in floors carpets , bathrooms, etc

I liked the location, the price, amenities. I recommend to check or renew the air conditioning, and the shower system.

No cable channels. Rooms are old and out dated

The hotel needs cleaning; given its location, there is a lot of dirt in the bathroom and dust in the rooms.

The location is very good unfortunately the hotel is not in a good condition. It wasn’t cleaning and staff not so happy to work there.

The location I paid for a pool view, got the last corner room, couldn’t even see the pool, pillow case had a stain, furniture was not in order, bathroom door was so dirty and outside my room door was too, pieces of old pain all over

My stay was okay overall. The carpet appeared to be clean, and the bed sheets were acceptable. However, there was an excessive amount of dust in the room, which affected the overall cleanliness. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable. The hotel met my basic needs, but housekeeping could pay more attention to dusting and general cleanliness. There was also no breakfast provided during my stay.

😕😕 Poor cleaning, deterioration and aging of the place, bad smell in the carpets, a very bad experience, I really don't recommend it.

Bad

There were only four channels to watch on the television and the elevator definitely needs to be serviced. The water pressure was horrible, almost non existent.
