Staff was amazing! Clean property- great value!

Hey yall, This was our second time to stay at this property. When checking in, the desk personnel Demarche was wonderful. He was pleasant and helpful in giving us directions to a nearby area for food. The room was clean and I like the styling of it. The hotel does not have microwaves or coffee makers in each room but there is coffee 24/7 along with a microwave for use in the lobby area. The breakfast was good and there is a fresh, hot pancake maker that is fun to use. All of the staff we encountered were exceptionally polite and helpful. We travel through this area several times a year and will stay here when we do...and we recommend others do also!

Clean room,Lobby etc. Pool was clean and not overcrowded.. Staff listen when we told them kids were running and loud after midnight and adressed the situation.

The staff were top notch. The shoddy remodel job, not so much. We had things falling off our shower wall, the wallpaper was already peeling in places. It just felt like a rushed job that looks good in pictures but not so much in person.

The staff was polite but uninterested in helping me when I needed to cancel my reservation.

Room was “clean”. I saw some bugs in the bathroom. There are stains in the wall.

It was a great stay. I had a hiccup with the air in the room but the receptionist quickly addressed the issue. Thanks

Everything the room comes with was wonderfully labeled, laundry bag for dirty laundry as well as trash can and recycle bin. The room came with plenty hooks for your clothes and even extra under the bed in case you need more and the free breakfast was delicious. Staff was very sweet and friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Was probably the most relaxing part of my trip! Good job !

The hotel location was good as it was easily accessible to get both off and back onto the highway, and it was away from noise and crowds. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room smelled good and was exceptionally clean. Liked the bathroom amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The hot breakfast did not disappoint. There were a couple of nice restaurants nearby--the Crackle Barrel meatloaf and fried chicken were tasty. Also had a good wine with the meal.

Worst stay I ever had, I will be closing my Expedia and Hilton Honors account.
