The staff was amazing and very friendly! Rooms were nice although had a moisture feel to it.

The coffee maker did not work. The curtain did not retract back up.

We were just passing through on our way to Gatlinburg, Tennessee when we stopped here to sleep the night. The hotel was good. But our room was not as good. We checked in at around 11:30 and later found out the room AC was not cooling. The room temperature was 75 all night and never got any cooler. Someone needs to check the AC to be sure it's working. I did report it to the front desk in the morning.

My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The two women that helped me with my check in were so awesome! Would definitely stay again!

We actually spent 2 nights, the first visit was a Thursday night and in the next week, it was a Monday night. The staff were so friendly and they actually remembered us. We had 2 different king rooms and both were wonderful.

Reservation was easy through website, upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk clerk who a very pleasant voice when you are so very tired. I was checked in expeditiously, and informed of all the amenities including breakfast times. Went up to my room extremely clean, already cooling down (which is a perk these days) well stocked and I felt a little hungry. They have a little store with some frozen foods, snacks and sundries. Overall a very good stay, I will use this hotel in futur travels.
