There should be a double wall to silence the noise. I’m not sure what the parking bill ($5 each day) is about.

Great stay! Hotel was very clean and updated. Staff very friendly. Breakfast had a great variety and the main dishes changed daily. Super close to a number of restaurants and nice shopping village. Would definitely stay again!

The pool was great but cold. It used to be warm when we have stayed at the hotel previously. Breakfast was delicious and the hours were convenient. Staff was friendly and hotel has plenty of parking spaces.

The location, for the event we were attending, was ideal! The facility was really clean as well the rooms. Surprisingly, the beds were comfortable Connecting to WiFi was confusing due to steps involved to connect to it. The shower was cold! We could not get hot water.

Well check in was simple. We went up to the room and there was a stain on our comforter. My husband called down and the front desk had us bring the stained one down and gave a new one. Then my 9 month old baby girl, my 11 year old son, and I were swimming Friday morning and there was a worker that came out of the bathroom in the pool area and started putting pool chemicals in at the deep end while we were in the pool. He never once said a word to us, just came from a room and had two full measuring cups full of chlorine. Now I don’t know your rules but I would have thought something like that would be done during the hours that the pool was closed, not while anyone was swimming, let alone a baby!! This was extremely annoying and insensitive. This was not okay!

I books 2 rooms and paid up front to express. but Expedia only booked 1 room for me. And I had to book another room at much higher price at my own cost when arrival. Complained case to one of the agent. Only refund the 1 room at lower price. The agent do not even offer or ask what is my cost due to Expedia mistake. This is totally unacceptable. This only happens once. But twice. Last time when I booked resort room at Mexico Cancun moon palace. The similar situation happened . The agent resolved it nicely with my case. This time is really total bad expedience
