We wish the Roof top club would have opened earlier at 3:00p so we could have had an early cocktail around the pool or upstairs.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The only problems we had was that we couldn't get any cold water from the spigots. The staff offered to have a maintenance man look at it but we were never there when the maintenance man was available. Also, didn't really care for the salt water pool. The salt water was really hard on my granddaughters hair and burned their eyes. So we only used the pool once in the 7 days we were there. The continental breakfast was great! So many choices of food to choose from. Probably the best I've ever had. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I don’t remember the name of the guy who was there in the mornings, but we was friendly as well. He seemed to enjoy his job! We had 5 rooms total. The rooms were great! Highly recommend.

Also, would be helpful to have people with pets in a different section of the hotel. There was a barking dog.

There was a sports team of teenage girls who were loud and running around the hallway for the length of our stay. We waited in a long line for breakfast with a few other guests who were being bumped by the kids with no intervention from staff or their chaperones. We were unable to get food due to long wait times. The hotel was not full, so we were not sure why their rooms would need to be spread around the floor near our suite.
